How long does setup take?
About 60 seconds. Sign in with Google or Microsoft, approve the integrations you want, and start chatting with Brain in Slack or Google Chat. No new app to install, no admin work.
What if a tool I use isn't in the integration list?
For any mainstream SaaS with a public API — Notion, Linear, Jira, Asana, Salesforce, Zoom, Calendly, etc. — we add the integration on request at no extra charge. Niche or bespoke systems are scoped as a small Services engagement. Just ask at /contact.
Which AI models can I use?
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), and Mistral — all included. You choose the provider, and Brain automatically picks the right model within it for each request, based on the task's complexity. Every model, every message: no per-token cap, no usage tier. Your €99 / month includes unlimited chats with any of them. Fair-use policy applies.
Do I need a credit card for the 7-day trial?
Yes. Stripe holds the card but doesn't charge for 7 days. Cancel from the Stripe portal before day 7 and you pay nothing. On day 7, we charge €99, and the subscription is billed monthly from then on. The month is paid up front — cancelling mid-month stops the next charge but doesn't refund the current month.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Never. Your conversations, files, and vault stay yours only — we do not train any model on your data, and neither do the LLM providers we route through. See /security for the details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the Stripe customer portal — billing stops at the end of the current cycle, no questions asked. The subscription is prepaid monthly: cancelling stops the NEXT charge, but there's no refund for the current month once we've charged. Your vault is auto-backed-up to your own Drive twice a day, so you keep a copy either way.
