Install NitroxBrain, then connect your tools
NitroxBrain is an AI assistant that lives in the chat app you already use — Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Chat. You install it once, then connect each integration (Teamleader, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and more) directly from the conversation. Nothing runs in your CRM; NitroxBrain acts on your behalf using your own authorised access.
Installing takes about two minutes
Start a subscription
Pick a plan on the pricing page. Each user gets their own private, encrypted EU workspace — no shared tenant, no admin setup.
Add NitroxBrain to your chat app
Install the NitroxBrain app in Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Chat, or ask us and we onboard you. There is no separate app to run and no browser extension — you talk to Brain in a normal chat.
Connect the tools you want
In the chat, type “Connect Teamleader” (or Microsoft, Google, HubSpot, and so on). Brain replies with a secure link that opens the vendor’s own consent screen. You approve the scopes; Brain never sees or stores a password.
Ask Brain to do the work
Once connected, just ask: “Find the Acme deal in Teamleader”, “Create a contact for the person who just emailed”, “Log yesterday’s call as a note”. Brain reads and writes on your behalf and tells you exactly what it did.

NitroxBrain connects to Teamleader over Teamleader’s own OAuth 2.0 flow — the same consent screen you would see for any Marketplace integration. You stay in control of the scopes and can disconnect at any time from your Teamleader account settings.
Type “Connect Teamleader” in your NitroxBrain chat. Brain sends you a one-time, secure link.
The link opens Teamleader’s own consent screen. You review the requested access and approve — nothing is granted without your click.
Read and manage contacts, companies, and deals from chat. Every write action is logged and attributed to you.

Installation FAQ
Do I install NitroxBrain inside Teamleader?
No. NitroxBrain runs in your chat app (Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Chat). You connect Teamleader to NitroxBrain from that chat, using Teamleader’s OAuth consent screen. This keeps your CRM untouched — NitroxBrain only makes the API calls you ask it to.
What access does the Teamleader integration request?
Contacts, companies, and deals (read and write). Full detail of every scope NitroxBrain uses across all integrations is on the scopes page.
How do I disconnect?
Ask Brain to disconnect Teamleader in chat, or revoke access directly from your Teamleader account’s connected-apps settings. Access stops immediately.
Where is my data, and is it used to train AI?
Each user runs in an isolated, encrypted EU workspace, and we never train models on your data. See the Security page and the Privacy policy.
