Getting started
NitroxBrain lives inside a chat app you already use. Which one depends on your account:
- 🟦 You use Google / Gmail / Google Workspace → you’ll chat with Brain in Google Chat.
- 🟧 You use Microsoft / Outlook / Microsoft 365 (incl. a personal Hotmail / Live / Outlook.com account) → you’ll chat with Brain in Slack.
Not sure? If you sign in with a Gmail / Google address, follow the Google guide. If you sign in with Outlook / Microsoft, follow the Microsoft guide.
Choose your guide
Section titled “Choose your guide”- → Get started with Google — 4 steps, in Google Chat.
- → Get started with Microsoft — 5 steps, in Slack.
Each guide is short and step-by-step. Pick yours and you’ll be running in a few minutes.
Tip: let Brain work on a schedule
Section titled “Tip: let Brain work on a schedule”Once you’re set up, you can ask Brain to do something on a schedule and have the result delivered to your chat automatically — no need to ask each time. Just say it in plain language:
- “Every morning, search my inbox and the web for what matters and send me a 5-point summary.”
- “Every Monday at 18:00, summarise my week.”
- “On the 1st of each month at 9am, prepare a monthly review.”
Cadences can be daily, weekly, or monthly, at any hour in your timezone (auto-detected from your calendar). Manage them conversationally — “list my scheduled tasks”, “cancel task ab12cd34”. Up to 5 active tasks at a time.
