Get started — Google

You use Google / Gmail / Workspace, so you’ll talk to Brain in Google Chat. Nothing new to install. Follow these four steps.

In Google Chat, start a direct message with:

nitrox.brain@nitroxconsulting.com

Say “hello”. Brain reacts with an emoji to confirm it heard you, then replies within a few seconds.

Type:

Connect Google

Brain replies with a [Connect Google] link. Click it → you land on Google’s own consent screen, which lists the exact permissions Brain is asking for. Approve, and you’re sent back with a confirmation.

That single connect covers Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Contacts — you don’t connect each one separately.

Step 3 — (Optional) Connect your other tools

Section titled “Step 3 — (Optional) Connect your other tools”

Anyone can also connect, by asking in the same way:

  • Connect HubSpot — contacts, deals, companies (opens HubSpot’s consent screen)
  • Connect Trello — boards and cards (opens Trello’s own approval page — a slightly different screen from Google’s)
  • Connect Oura — your ring’s sleep / readiness / activity data

Each one is independent — connect only what you need, skip the rest.

Pick whatever fits your day:

Résume mes mails non lus des 2 derniers jours que je n’ai pas traités.

Crée une feuille de présence pour la formation de mardi dans mon Drive.

Quels rendez-vous cette semaine ? Y a-t-il un conflit de déplacement ?

Prépare une note d’une page et dépose-la dans mon Drive.

Brain reads from your connected accounts, does the work, and replies — usually within 5–30 seconds, with a link to anything it created.

  • No slash commands in Google Chat — just write in plain English (or French). Commands like /skills only exist on Slack.
  • Disconnect anytime — Brain never holds your password. Revoke from Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions → NitroxBrain → Remove access. (Trello: from your Trello account settings; HubSpot: portal Settings → Connected apps.)
  • Need help? Just ask Brain “aide” / “help”, or see Troubleshooting.
