Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Not yet. We'd rather take 30 minutes on a call to make sure Brain fits your workflow before you pay — that catches more bad-fit cases than a self-serve trial would. Book a discovery call via /contact.
What does "per user" mean?
One human, one connected Brain. Each user gets their own vault, their own Slack / Chat connection, their own integrations. Two people on the same team = two seats.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe customer portal — billing stops at the end of the current cycle, no question asked. You can export your vault before or after.
Annual billing or discounts?
Not in V1 — monthly only, single tier, no negotiation. If you need team pricing (5+ seats, custom integrations, on-prem), that's a Services engagement — see /services or contact us directly.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export your vault as a tarball before you cancel. Brain deletes everything on its side within 30 days (per GDPR right-to-erasure). The detail will land on the /security page in the next phase.
