NitroxConsulting is a small EU team that helps coaches, consultants, and small operators adopt AI without getting burned. We were running Brain internally for over a year before we ever offered it to a paying customer.

The product you see is the product we use ourselves, every day, on real client data.The pain came first
Our own founders were drowning in Gmail, Drive, Slack, and HubSpot — every meeting required digging through five tools to find what the client had already told us. We tried the off-the-shelf bots; they answered in generalities. None of them knew us.
The frameworks failed the trust test
Before building, we tried the open frameworks. OpenClaw was powerful but sprawling — 400K+ lines of code, which makes a genuine security audit impossible; for a product whose whole promise is trust, that was a dealbreaker. NanoClaw was lean enough to audit but too thin on features. Neither let us be capable and accountable at once — so we built Brain.
So we built one that did
Brain started as an internal tool for a single coach in our network. It read his email, his calendar, his deal pipeline. It learned how he wrote, what he tracked, who his coachees were. After a few months he said: "this saves me a day a week."
Then a second coach asked for one
Then a third. Then a small consulting firm. We realised we had a product, not just an internal tool. Brain is now in production for multiple operators across France and the EU, and we have rebuilt it three times to make onboarding a paying customer a one-click affair.

How we operate
A few choices that shape every decision we make about the product.
Small team, long horizons
We are deliberately not raising venture capital. NitroxConsulting funds Brain from its consulting revenue — which means we can choose customers carefully and refuse to chase metrics that would harm them.
EU-built
We are based in France. Brain's own infrastructure runs in the EU (Belgium + Paris). GDPR is not a checkbox we ticked late — it is the legal context we have always operated in. The data Brain reads from your Google / Microsoft / HubSpot accounts follows those vendors' own residency rules (often global by default), which is outside our control.
Honest pricing
One plan, one price, no tier games, no growth-hack pricing experiments. €99 / month / user, ex VAT. Same price for everyone — friends, big firms, your aunt's coaching practice.
Easy to leave
We do not want lock-in. Your vault exports as plain Markdown + JSON. Cancel any time. If you find a better tool, we will help you migrate to it.
